Just when we thought the PCP community couldn't get any better they go and send in some of the best questions and reflections about attachment that we could have imagined. So many in fact that we're doing a multipart reflection! In this episode we touch on sleep & attachment, at risk teens, clingy babies, breaking insecure patterns,  temperament vs attachment, self-care and so much more!
