Today on the Lauren of Love Podcast, I am sharing a real raw episode about what I am moving through in my own personal healing journey. 

First, let me just say, I absolutely love that I have an incredible community like this to share my own process with. It feels so special to be able to be real and raw and truthful about what I am navigating on my own healing journey.

I feel like it is truly deep medicine to help others and I love that you are a part of this path. Basically, in a nutshell, I have been navigating a deep wound of putting pressure on myself.. and it's manifested in the form of gaining weight and feeling insecure in my body.

If you have ever experienced this, I know this episode will be for you. I believe part of the reason I am navigating this initiation right now is because spirit is trying to teach me how to have more compassion for myself.. and I am ready to receive the lessons.

I won't give you all the details here, I'll let you listen, but here's a few things we'll talk about:

- The standards of body image and what pressure we put on our bodies

- Where unhealthy choices come from and why we have these coping behaviors that don't serve us

- Letting go of projections and pressure and how healing our bodies is actually about learning how to regulate our own nervous systems.
