In this episode we get an update on Chris's progress since then including a new apartment complex project he's working on and the impact he's creating in Houston. As usual, Chris also drops a bunch of pratical gems for anybody listening as well on how he analyzes a market for opportunities, how he has been able to improve his neighborhoods without displacing residents and even his secret sauce on raising funds.
