I thought about titling this episode "How To Be A Total F*cking QUEEN" because that is what Jadah Sellner is. This conversation was an all time favorite, I even rearranged the podcast schedule to bump it up because I didn't want you to have to wait to hear it. We ran the gamut from how to have conversations with your kids about very real, important things around sex, body parts, safety, and creativity to navigating the transitional "not yet" space in between moves and moments, and not putting a timeline on your dreams. Jadah shared how she and her family make "intentional trade-offs" and dropped wisdom bombs full of grace and so much care on all the topics we covered. I cannot wait to hear what you get out of this one - SO.DAMN.GOOD. xo About Jadah Sellner: Jadah Sellner is an author, international keynote speaker, poet, and the co-founder of Simple Green Smoothies –– the #1 green smoothie online resource. Their “healthy obsession” with green smoothies has become a global movement where over one million people have embraced this simple and healthy habit. Jadah lives in the San Francisco bay area with her husband, George, daughter Zoe, and their little “chiweenie” dog, Clementine. In this episode, Jadah shares: 1. Making "intentional trade-offs" on your way to having it all 2. How to navigate transitions and the "not yet" space when you know what you want but aren't quite there yet 3. Tough but important conversations to have with kids
