Today I work as a Chronic Anxiety Coach, teaching people how to rewire constant worry, fear, and anxiety in the brain. I was born with a cleft lip and palate and went through more than seventeen corrective and cosmetic surgeries as a result. Throughout my early childhood, I went through more than eight operations before the age of ten. When a young child goes into surgery without any understanding of what is really happening, the child will be put under while in a state of panic and fear.

Finding a new badass friend and mentor that pushes me forward (shoves me kicking and screaming) and helps me get out of my own way.
