Hello my gorgeous love birds! Welcome back to the Lauren of Love Podcast! If you've been following along the last couple of weeks, you know that right now I am actually in Peru deep in the jungle for a spiritual shamanic healing process called a DIETA. This is when you go to the jungle to sit with plant medicines like Ayahuasca. And yes... In honor of my study I've been bringing you some powerful episodes this month that are stories from my most profound ayahuasca experiences. 

Today on the show I am sharing some of my early impactful vision experiences from my ayahuasca plant medicine study. In this episode I share with you the most profoundly scary experience of my study coupled with the most deep intense healing I experienced in the first year of my path.

To date, I've been sitting with Ayahuasca now for 3 years, and have had maybe 50 or so ceremonies of deep work. But no matter how many sits or how much time has passed, the experiences I am sharing with you in these episodes are DEEPLY engrained on my heart as they were the most profound transformational experiences of my life that first year of plant medicine study.
