 I sat down with Mehdi Masoumi, the founder of Telavang, to chat about how he started and grew the company. We talked about branding, standardizing, and tracking the production chain from producer to consumer. Under Mehdi Masoumi's leadership, Telavang has become one of the leading companies in the poultry industry, making a big impact on improving processes and increasing efficiency. With his innovative thinking, Mehdi introduced new concepts like mapping systems, tracking each egg from production to consumption, using beneficial additives in egg production, and creating new markets with a variety of ready-made egg-based products. ====================

Hamed Tajeddin, co-founder and CEO of Achareh, shares the story of how "Ubaar" and "Achareh" came to be. He discusses how, using a network he built from his days with the electrical engineering students at Sharif University, he successfully assembled a cohesive team.
