Looking for a new hobby, or a new chess opponent?

The Braille Chess Association hold virtual and in-person lessons, matches and tournaments across the UK. You don't need to read braille to play, as they also play using adapted physical chess sets, email tournaments, computer software and more.

Amelia talked to Abi Baker to learn about the matches and socials.

Image shows Abi, a white woman with short blond-grey hair, touching wooden chess pieces on a wooden chess board. There is a cream coloured wall behind her and she's wearing a green fleece, with white fluffy cuffs and collar.
