EP 122: Shadow Work with Jen Lytle

Jen, is a Scorpio Sun, Aries Moon, and Libra Rising who has been on the Ascension path for over 12 years now and has learned a lot from her own shadow aspects to help guide herself on her personal journey. She has used different healing modalities such as Shamanic healing as well as different styles of Reiki in order to dive deeper into her subconscious traumas. This path led her towards having the passion to help guide others through their shadows in order for them to achieve their own heightened awareness of themselves; to have a better understanding of the path that they are on and the paths that lay ahead.
