Lower the fire-curtain, Creep Street! On this episode Dylan and Maureen travel back 120 years to examine a tragedy so awful, it would scar the city of Chicago forever. On December 30, 1903, an audience of mostly women and children filled the aisles of the majestic Iroquois Theatre in downtown Chicago for an afternoon of delightful entertainment. Yet as beautiful as the theater was, every fire safety precaution had been outright ignored by the building owners for the sake of profits. And when the flames began to rise, the evils of corruption roared into nightmarish reality. 120 years later, a new theater stands in its place: The Neaderlander - said by many to be the most haunted theater in the country. Citizens of the Milky Way, prepare yourselves for The Iroquois Theatre Fire & The Haunting of the Nederlander!
