Simply put, to move through life seeking skillfulness, truth, transformation, and adaptability.

Shi

Warrior, Master, Skilled at something.

Zhi

Willingness, Willpower, Orientation, or Disorientation. 

Zhen

True, Authentic, Real (Reality), "Cooking your Ego until beauty comes out...".

Zheng

Upright, Correct, Outer Resolve, Inner Resolve.
