Today we're beginning a brand new series in the podcast titled the "Why Vegan" Series, in which we'll be exploring those big reasons why this change in lifestyle can have such a positive impact in us and the world we live in. Today we'll be discussing the effects that eating a vegan diet can have when it comes to our health. We'll talk about the importance of not falling into two extremes when it comes to health claims regarding vegan diets, and I'll share some of the amazing studies that show very promising findings when it comes to having a little edge as vegans when it comes to our health.
