Siyamak's a newer agent within the last couple of years. He's in a great market, he's a very personable guy and he's got lots of great business experiences. He has all the confidence in the world. He's already had some success, so he's off to a good start. He's a guy who understands, as a businessman, he has to prepare for the growth of his business and he can't be the one cog that is running the whole show.
