In this episode Doogs talks about his two stints at Colchester United Football club.  Speaking to Angelo about his journey from school, to apprentice and really having to go through the apprenticeship system to 'earn his stripes'.  A real insight into what it takes, and some of the difficulties faced in having a career in what is such a tough place to 'make it'.  Karl speaks about his memories from being a youngster and trying to get into the team, and his goals of one day managing at the top level.
