Sue Radcliffe is a seasoned mental health therapist with a diverse background spanning sexual assault/domestic violence programs, therapeutic foster care, outpatient mental health clinics, and more. Her unique approach also incorporates trauma-informed yoga, recognizing the powerful connection between the mind and the body in the healing process.

Sue's expertise doesn't stop at her clinical practice. She has been qualified as an expert witness in trauma and child and family psychotherapy across various judicial jurisdictions. She's also deeply involved in training programs such as Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), working to equip law enforcement and first responders with the tools to address trauma effectively.

Moreover, Sue's passion for neuroscience and her ability to break down intricate brain science into understandable language has led her to present to diverse audiences, including law enforcement, FBI agents, states attorney's offices, and as an instructor for the Maryland Judiciary.

In recognition of her impactful work, Sue was honored with the Maryland Department of Health Individual Innovation Award in 2019. Her innovative wellness program for correctional officers, which seamlessly integrates the neuroscience of trauma and the therapeutic benefits of trauma-informed yoga, has garnered attention and was even published in the prestigious Journal of Offender Rehabilitation.
