John is someone I've known for some time, and he has a great story.

As founder of engineering firm JM Engineering, they have a unique approach to high-end commercial and residential mechanical engineering design. John's podcast called How Great Buildings Work is based on his experience.

He actually launched the show three years ago, but unfortunately, as frequently happens, it faded after just a few episodes. Time passed, and he hasn't published a new episode in two and a half years.

So we talked about why that happened, what advice he might have for other people considering starting their podcast, and his plans for the show.
