I don’t know about you but I’m all about finding ways to create more ease in my life and reduce overwhelm. I will never pretend to know it all or have it all together but there are some things that I have learned over my 10.5 years of motherhood that have really helped me to focus on the things I want to focus on and spend more time doing the things that I love and that help to build the kind of life that I want to live. Of course just like everything else it comes through trial and error. Today I’m sharing 3 things I have found to be game changers in helping to reduce the overwhelm and chaos that can come with motherhood.
