'Instead' tiny homes is a home builder based out of Bloomfield, Prince Edward County. Founders Payam and Lee, both designers, have taken their education and passion for minimalism and began building tiny homes and now modular homes to combat not only the housing crisis but also the loss of community that our culture is suffering from.
