LT Gov Jacqueline Coleman is a former coach, teacher, school administrator, and not the Lieutenant Governor of Kentucky.  She has a very unique perspective of working alongside FRYSC's in these different roles.  She recognized the importance of FRYSC's role in the classroom and the community.  I asked  LT Gov Jacqueline Coleman about the budgets of FRYSC's across the state.  She had some hopeful news and a call to action.
