On this weeks episode, we discuss The David Lynch adaptation of 'Dune' (aka 'Dune 1984'), the first film based on the wildly successful Frank Herbert novel Dune. We thought this was a great time to talk about this famous box office bomb with the upcoming Denis Villeneuve version receiving lots of hype. But like nearly every movie of our current pandemic existence, it's been pushed back. Features Kyle MacLachlan (who would later rejoin Lynch as part of his Twin Peaks cast), a 23 year-old Virginia Madsen, and Sting. One of us is a big fan of the movie and the novels, and the other had never seen it or read any of the books, so it led to a lively conversation.

Whether you're a fan of David Lynch movies, Frank Herbert books, or you just want to know what we thought of the performance of former Police frontman Sting in Dune, this is an episode you won't want to miss.
