In this episode Kayla and I discuss our Fly-Out/Fly-In days. We go through saying goodbye to each other and the kids, prep before I go to work, dealing with emotions during work weeks (especially with pregancy hormones), and the odd underwhelming when I sometimes get home. Fly-In days and the work weeks can be hard, but we like to keep it as simple as possible, and these are some of the things we do to help our little FIFO fam!
