A leader can work within team as well as lead a team. Things to remember: be positive/communication that helps get to group goal/give respect/be all in even if it’s not all about you/a willing leadership is better then a micro manager/and adapt on the spot. And always remember the end goal/ and a leader doesn’t get served they serve other.
