This podcast is for everyone from those who jog a couple of times a month to those who are running every day because we’re all runners! Through 'I'm not a Runner!' we want to keep everyone up to date with our learnings and making everyone feel comfortable as a runner. We think it’s important is because running is amazing, we love it, and we want you to love it too!
