I've known Profe Michael "Cheno" Wickert since the 90's. Before the degrees, and well before we entered the field of education.

He's taught in many capacities, beginning as an instructional assistant, then teaching in the juvenile court system, and now at the community college level.

We discuss his journey through education, hip hop, charter schools, and sports. Professor Wickert also wanted to invite aspiring teachers to be a part of a streamlined program, which culminates in getting a degree and BCLAD in just four years.
