This week we imbibe on a variant of Perennial Artisan Ale's Abraxas Imperial Stout, the Salted Chocolate Abraxas from 2022. We start by discussing the beer label, then dive into a review of the beer using the BJCP Guidelines for a Imperial Pastry Stout. The review consists of our opinion on aroma, appearance, flavor, and mouthfeel. At the end, we discuss where it ranks, if at all, on our Top 50 Specialty Beer list.
