On today’s episode we’ve got Steve Oberkrom. Steve is a father, competition archer, bowhunter, and an archery technician at Denny Dennis Sporting Goods. Steve and I cover one of my favorite topics today, archery gear selection, advances in equipment, and when your pre-season prep should really start. We talk about strings, bows, mobile hunting gear, and using your local pro-shop to be in tip-top shape before season without getting caught in the “rush”. From trends in the hunting world, to the age old debate on broadheads we covered a little bit of everything and had a great time doing it.
