In this episode, I sat down with three of the newly-unionized baristas from La Prima Espresso Company: Jamie, Kit, and Nico. La Prima operates several cafés in Pittsburgh, including two on the CMU campus. Throughout our conversation, during which we discussed their recent union drive, all three guests spoke for themselves.
