All the normal ways you stay fit have shut down, and in many cases, it may seem as though the world is ending. Today, Fletch and Harrison discuss what to do and how to adapt to these challenging times due to COVID-19. We chat about why you can't just jump straight into running and provide some options that will help keep you fit, healthy and hopefully injury-free.


I'm Not A Runner! is a podcast for everyone, from people who do not run, people who don't see themselves as runners but job occasionally, as well as those who run all the time.
