I am a Business Coach, Mentor and Strategist and have worked with hundreds of clients (near thousands) since starting my business in 2018 where I blend these approaches.

In terms of coaching I have studied Psychology for 18+ years, have a Psychology BSc and am an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited coach. Coaching is about doing the deeper work, where you have all the answers within you.

As a Business Mentor, I was behind the back end operation of a FTSE 100 for over a decade, I have run my own 2 successful businesses and have helped hundreds of clients with marketing and sales strategies, streamlining their processes and scaling their profit.
