The free speech debate after the Charlie Kirk assassination, especially around Jimmy Kimmel and the allegations of FCC influence, were followed closely by Crystal and Scott on both sides of the state. We finally had a chance to discuss the issue of what might have happened with the Kimmel suspension, as well as the role of the FCC and the freedom of speech. We also look at how an old media/new media conflict might be generating a lot of the rhetoric we are seeing.
