Pregnancy. It can be the most amazing thing; the excitement of growing this tiny human, thinking of names, setting up their room and picking out clothes. But it also comes with a lot of struggles, especially when your partner works away for multiple weeks at a time in remote areas with bugger all phone signal.
We discuss the struggle of lining up cycles with our weeks off, the feeling of not being able to help while you’re away, being pregnant during a pandemic, the list goes on!
On top of all of that… when the fuck do you tell your partner?! Do you get too excited and tell them while they’re away or wait till they get home so you can surprise them in person?
