Hello Auras! You're in the lab this week with Dr. John MacKay who received his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Vermont. Dr. MacKay has been practicing extraction of botanical oils using various methods for the majority of his career. Jesse Turner, my mentor in CO2 extraction mentioned Dr. MacKay in the first interview of the podcast and I knew that I had to pick the brain of legend in cannabis extraction.
