We, Three Naked Spiritual Men, decided to start to record our conversations about life.

We believe that the world is way too polarized and therefore it seems to be the case that you always have to be on the one side or the other. We felt that "spirituality" has been taken way too seriously by some, and way too not seriously by others.

Either way, we miss the part that an "average dude" simply can enjoy spirituality while also enjoy weird jokes, a cigar and/or a heavy work out.

It's not all vegan, alcohol-free, silence and 100% seriousness...

It's also about laughter, making mistakes, sports, amusement, enjoyment and, of course, a lot of other things!!
