Before we can talk about English pronunciation, we need to better describe sounds and systematically categorize them based on criteria. Otherwise, it becomes an impossible he heard vs. she heard subjective debate. Having a better appreciation of what is involved in sound production (using the learned mouth anatomy from the last episode), better facilitates an understanding of what mouth parts are involved in what sounds.
