Welcome to Episode 4! This week is all about the ugly, unsexy realities that are inevitable at times when you’re choosing a life of alignment and chasing after what makes you happy. Finding your happiness is the most beautiful thing you can do for yourself, but it can come at a cost. If fear and doubt outweigh your desire for your dream life than the cost can be over bearing, especially if you’re not aware of what’s happening during the process. In this episode I share my current struggles and fears and thoughts on it all in hopes to start to shift the perspective on to things that I WANT to feel, rather than things that I don’t. We are the writers of our own life after all.
