In Asia, women represent only 35% of the workforce in tech.  What does it mean to be under-represented in a male dominant industry work-wise and leadership-wise? 

Being four women in tech, we share some distinct opinions about gender equality and diversity quotas.  In this episode, we exchange how we cope with our work environments in different cultural settings, and also our personal wish lists on changes we wish to see in the professional setting to foster more gender inclusivity.
