Welcome to a new episode of the Front Pew! This week it is just Ben and Chris in the studio, as Matt is away on a marriage retreat. We decided to chat a little bit about the relationship between a pastor and a state convention or other network. Statistics show that the average age of pastors are increasing, and that younger pastors are not very interested in denominational convention meetings. We chat about why this might be, and how we should think about these types of relationships.
