In this episode of 'RISE Together: a show for associates by associates' we talk with Lauren Piper, an eCommerce Assistant Manager in Williamstown NJ (Store 3774). She is very passionate about OGP/eComm, in fact many say she “eats, sleeps and breathes OGP” which she says, “ahh, that’s actually true.” Piper discusses finding solutions and not problems, sparking enthusiasm and showing up for our customers and associates!
