In this episode, Tom introduces you to Orange Shoe-University Avenue client Matt Agnew. Matt is a husband, father, dentist, and triathlete who has completed multiple ironmans. 

After a small surgery to remove a rib he was told he had a minor heart condition and this really affected his mindset when it came to working out.

Fast forward a couple of years and working out at Orange Shoe Matt is back to training for the 2022 half ironman in Door County!
