Today, we’re going to be in conversation with Ade Larigo. Ade is the founder and CEO of Agency Connections, an organisation aiming to diversify adoption and fostering panels to help them to recruit high calibre individuals for their panels. With over 18 years’ experience as a social worker, Ade is passionate about creating solutions to challenges within adoption and fostering services. She is keen to ensure vulnerable children have a good chance of the best family life. Ade is a mum of two and wife to a superhero. She was born in Nigeria and moved to the UK when she was 16. She is an early morning runner who loves adventure, reading and learning.
