Ward 2 encompasses the West End of Beaumont, Tx and it includes our podcast studio so we figured it'd be a good idea to sit down with our city representative Mike Getz. Mike has had quite an interesting run in local politics and isn't known to shy away from controversial issues. We talk about his history here, how he got into local politics, and many current issues facing the citizens of Beaumont.
