Welcome to another episode of the Front Pew! We have been spending the month of January talking about some issues that pastors are often hesitant to talk about. Today we discuss discouragement in ministry. Every pastor knows what it feels like to be discouraged in their ministry, to wonder if maybe they need to find another place to serve, and to feel like quitting altogether. It doesn't matter if you are in a big or small church, if you are the lead pastor or staff member, or if you are new to ministry or a seasoned veteran. It hits us all.
