Ian Hawk sits with street artist, CAMIL ESCRUELA. Ian and Camil discuss his roots growing up in Catalonia, how he learned to paint by tagging Metro trains and then abandoning classic graffiti for logo graffiti to become one of the biggest muralist in Barcelona. 

They will breakdown process, politics, who has had more influence on the art world (Pablo Picasso or Andy Warhol?), and Camil shares the moment when his parents forced him to get a job at McDonald’s as a young adult (which ultimately changed his life in a positive way). 

Friends since their first meeting in May 2022 at the Montana Shop & Gallery in BCN, this is the first of many episodes to be shared between Ian and Camil. ¡Disfrutan!
