We know it may be very frustrating having races being called off, but Fletch and Harrison discuss why it may actually be the best thing for us. We’ve noticed over the years an influx of people with injuries coming into the store and runrCLINIC around the period of a race, be it the weeks leading up to it or just afterwards. This made us think, what would the running world look like if people did fewer races and more training to be fit, would it even result in better race times??
