In this week's episode of the podcast, we are talking about how to use your cycle and align your business with your own natural tempo.
As a woman, you are an embodied, cyclical (with or without a cycle), sensual & creative being by nature. You are designed to live and work in flow with your body.
When you forget that, you end up expecting yourself to have the exact same type of energy, focus and creativity everyday of the month.
And this is not just delusional, it’s counter- productive, it makes absolutely no sense!
It feeds the narrative around “working hard and doing a lot is the only way to be successful”. Except it doesn’t work for us anymore.
When I started to plan my business around my cycle my whole relationship to work shifted
I decided to create my own way to do things - not based on what I was “supposed to do” - but based on what I LIKE to do during each phase of my unique moon tempo, my menstrual cycle.
I ditched the “should” and took a look at all the tasks I do each month and started I started to experiment with setting goals and implementing actions by cycles.
It is not just about knowing where I am in my cycle and trying to plan accordingly but it became a whole way of living and doing business.
I can now rely on my abilities in each phase of my cycle much more and my self-trust and confidence grew with it.
In this episode I talk about …
