This album turned twenty this year, and it was really such a weird genre bending and impossible-to-label thing that we decided "sure, it's emo enough!". After all, it has Ben Gibbard on it, right?

These guys really created a wonderful thing and then were like "THAT'S ALL YOU GET!". We love it, and yet struggle to put into words why, exactly.
