With seemingly the entire world going into lockdown, the day-to-day for so many people has already changed drastically. We are all presented with a choice: either you can use this time to be lazy, eat like shit, and wait it out, or you can choose to be productive, develop healthy habits, and learn more about yourself. Sandy and I have chosen option number 2, trying a 5-day fast and a 30-day carnivore diet between the two of us for a variety of reasons. We have made the choice to pick up new hobbies and dive headfirst into them while we have the time. So, which one will you choose? The choice is yours.
