In this episode, I’m joined by Sarah Lloyd and Kathy Bell as we dive into the inspiration, journey, and birth of the book, “Wake Up Mother” and the entire community surrounding it. We talk about the question “what does mother mean to you?” and how that question and the community of mothers they surrounded themselves with helped inspire the weaving and sewing of the book, which is a combination of their stories along with other mothers’ stories.
Becoming a mother and a space holder at the same time. The archetype of the mother.The innate desire and portal within the womb of a mother to create, regardless of if she has her own children.
A new definition of a mother.Finding our community, village, sanity, and the opportunity to face and embrace our shadows without judgment. The divine union of the masculine and feminine.Letting go of control and letting the masculine take the lead.

Wake Up Mother is a community and collaborative book containing the collective wisdom of Mothers, held by the Unbound Press, a publishing imprint for unbound women.
Sarah Lloyd is the creator and a Conscious mother to two little girls. Sarah is passionate about giving those who need one a voice. Through her own brand of magic-based, conscious PR and communications, she has supported many women and entrepreneurial mothers in business to share their stories. She also gets that there is a need to balance it all.
An intuitive, angel communicator and Reiki Energy Master herself, she specialises in working in ‘flow,’ so she has thrown the PR rule book out the window. Her mission is to teach and guide changemakers and visionaries to share their stories, without fear, on their terms. Her purpose is to show others it is possible to carve a new way of being.
Her offerings include the Cosmic Connections Container, a 3 month journey which teaches you how to promote yourself in a way that feels good. This is ideal for female entrepreneurs and authors. She supports and holds space as blocks unearth and transmute. Opportunities to share and connect outside of the circle are shared, and at the end of the 3 months, transformation is guaranteed.
Kathy Bell is a contributing author and a conscious mother to one. Kathy is an experienced breathwork facilitator, business mentor, and published author whose love language is holding loving and clear and expansive spaces for you to ground your soul’s essence into your human reality whilst supporting you to step fully into the work that you came here to do.
Kathy has created her own facilitator training to teach others her unique formula for holding safe and sacred spaces and continues to share authentically, from the heart that "being human is the point" when it comes to spirituality.
Kathy works with conscious leaders, facilitators, coaches, and humans who long to be HELD too, so that they can show up radically grounded, spacious, and rooted in the truth of The Deepest Connection To Their Soul’s Purpose.
Working 1:1 with Kathy is a sacred space to land as the pressure of life is released, to create the spaciousness inside so there is room to create, show up, and live the most authentic Self.
