Welcome to the leadership question of the day.
Today we talk about:
How to communicate effectively as a leader?
Communication is a huge messy thing
for all of us.
But I think it comes down to a couple of things.
Active listening.
Be the person that steps back and listen to the other person.
If you do this as a leader,
you can only win.
If you empathically
understand the other person
and reflect what you hear, reflect what you see,
and then talk to that person.
From that part communication will help.
Then
of course, all the obvious things,
being clear,
being transparent,
and so on.
But the listening part is the most effective tool
to lead and be a good leader.
