Welcome to the Be Effective Podcast!  I am your host, Adam, and on today's episode I have the real deal for you.  I will be talking with firearm instructor Amy 556 who's first exposure to formal firearms training was as a newly hired peace officer for the State of Alaska 15 years ago.  Amy has coached hundreds of students in law enforcement training.  Although her foundation in shooting is rooted in strong, disciplined Gunsite-derived doctrine, Amy did not become an excellent shooter until she started competing.
